Nockly

Terms of Service

Last updated · 19 August 2026 · Operator: Innovateam (Nockly)

By creating a Nockly workspace, installing the Nockly Atlassian Forge / Marketplace app, or using our CLI and hooks, you agree to these Terms between you (or your company) and Innovateam operating Nockly (“Nockly”, “we”, “us”).

1. The service

Nockly meters AI coding-agent usage, attributes it to work-tracker issue keys (starting with Jira), optionally writes summaries back to those issues, and may provide dashboards, usage prediction, and related FinOps features. Features may change during beta, trial, and early Marketplace availability.

2. Trials & Marketplace billing

New workspaces may receive a trial with stated limits. When a trial ends, continued use of paid features requires an active plan. Marketplace-listed apps may be billed through Atlassian according to the listing. We may suspend write-back or other paid features after expiry until billing is active.

3. Seats, reports & fair use

Plans may be priced by seat count, monthly ticket cost-reports, or other published metrics. Exceeding limits may block invites, ingestion, or write-back until you upgrade. Abusive or automated load that harms service availability is not permitted.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering for competing metering products, no abusive load against our API, and no using the service to violate third-party terms (including Atlassian’s). Do not attempt to access other customers’ data.

6. Data & Atlassian apps

When you install our Forge / Marketplace app, we process issue and site metadata needed to display cost panels and write-back summaries, subject to our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for content in your Atlassian cloud.

7. Disclaimers

Cost figures may include estimates based on published model rates when the agent hook omits USD. Predictions and forecasts are informational, not guarantees. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or USD $100 if you paid nothing).

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes processing of personal data and is incorporated by reference.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes for paying customers will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
